We partner with trusted third-party providers (e.g., Level Frames) to print, frame, and ship your order directly to your specified address.

Processing Time: Standard orders require 3–5 business days for photography (subject to weather and FAA compliance) and 2–4 business days for printing and framing. Rush orders reduce photography and production time to 1–2 business days, where feasible.

3. Delivery Timelines

Rush Delivery: Rush orders are prioritized for delivery within 3–5 business days, subject to weather and operational constraints. UpSkyImages will make reasonable efforts to meet expedited timelines but cannot guarantee delivery dates due to external factors.

4. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, to the address provided during the order process. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, as UpSkyImages is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Address Verification: The property address provided for drone photography may differ from the shipping address for the framed print. Both must be clearly specified in the order form to avoid delays.

6. Damages, Losses, and Returns

Damaged or Defective Items: If your framed print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at admin@upskyimages.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost by the carrier, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.

Returns: Due to the custom nature of our drone photography and framed prints, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective. All sales are final upon completion of the drone photography.
